Activity: Animal Guess Who

In pairs/teams children use their school orienteering maps to collect sets of pictures of animals. They then play ‘Guess Who’ against other teams, asking questions about animals’ characteristics to identify their opponents’ chosen animal.

Summary

  1. Children are in teams. They use their Enrich School Orienteering Map to locate and visit three specified control markers.
  2. At each control marker they collect a different Activity Sheet, containing a set of pictures of animals.
  3. Pairs of teams then use their Activity Sheets to play ‘Guess Who’ against each other, asking questions based on animal characteristics to identify their opponent’s chosen animal.
