Activity: Counting Colours (1)

Counting Colours is a cooperative and inclusive activity designed to improve the participant’s ability to navigate and orientate the map correctly and develop an understanding of the 8 points of a compass

Summary

  1. Cones will be set out using the demonstration map.
  2. Children will be split into groups and given a course card.
  3. They must try to navigate through the course using their knowledge of compass directions and add the value of the cones as they go.
