Activity: Plants – Science Vocabulary

Children use their orienteering map to visit specified control points. At each one, they use a meaning clue and the letters from the control marker to complete a key word linked to plants.

Animal Guess Who

In pairs/teams children use their school orienteering maps to collect sets of pictures of animals. They then play ‘Guess Who’ against other teams, asking questions about animals’ characteristics to identify their opponents’ chosen animal.
