Activity: Segmenting 4

Children collect letters by throwing beanbags into a hoop. They work together to use the letters that they have collected to spell as many words as they can.

Summary

  1. Children sit in teams. They take turns to try to throw a beanbag into a hoop. If they are successful, they can collect a letter.
  2. When they have all had one or two turns, they work together to use their letters to spell as many different words as they can.
