Activity: Skeleton Treasure Hunt

Children play an active game in which they use their Enrich School Orienteering Maps to collect parts of a skeleton diagram. They use this to construct a full skeleton and label it with the main parts of the human body.

Summary

  1. Children work in groups and use their Enrich School Orienteering map and markers to locate specified control points around the school site.
  2. At each control point, they collect a part of a skeleton diagram.
  3. When they have collected all parts, they use them to recreate a skeleton and use labels to identify the main parts of the human body.
