Summary

  1. Children use the pictures on their Activity Sheet to locate control markers, each of which has a sentence linked to it.
  2. When they find the correct marker, they need to write in the first letter (or whatever reference the teacher indicates) to show that they have visited the marker.
  3. They then read the sentence on their Activity Sheet (which relates to the picture of the animal on the control marker), identify the word which should include an apostrophe and insert the apostrophe in the correct place.
  4. They then find the marker that matches with the picture on their next sentence and continue.
