Summary

  1. Children play in small teams. Two teams play against each other.

Summary

  2. Each group will be given an Enrich School Orienteering Map with a range of control marker numbers clearly highlighted.
  3. One child in the group will position them seleves in an central location and then direct other member of the group to run to their highlighted control markers. Once there the children retrive the required information from the control marker.

Summary

  1. Children work in a small grouop to plan a circuit which starts/finishes at one of the markers and incorporates several other markers.
  2. The size of their circuit should add up to 1 mile when completed a set number of times.
  3. They must measure the size of potential circuits by measuring the distance in cm between individual markers on their Enrich School Orienteering map and then converting this to metres, using the scale on their map.
