  2. Each pair is given the name of a month in Spanish. 
  3. The teacher calls out a month in Spanish and the pair with that month stands up, steps over the legs of their class-mates, and races around the group to return to their seat.

  1. Pupils are put into 2 teams who must stand facing one another.
  2. Each pair of facing pupils are given a number in Spanish between 1-30.
  3. The teacher stands in the middle, holding a handkerchief (pañuelo) and calls a number.
  4. Pupils must race to the teacher and grab the handkerchief first, winning a point for their team.
