Summary

• Pupils are in pairs.
• The teacher calls out the numbers of letters that they must use (e.g. ‘5 letter word’) and each pair runs to select letter cards to use to create a word of that length.
• They then run to the end of the playing area and use the letters to ‘spell’ their word.
