Summary

  1. Pupils work in teams of 5 and complete a relay to collect number cards 10-100, in tens, written in French.
  2. Once a team has collected all their cards, they must put them in numerical order, from lowest to highest.
  3. The fastest team wins.

  2. Each pair of facing students are given a number in French between 1-30.
  3. The teacher stands in the middle, holding a handkerchief (mouchoir) and calls a number.
  4. Pupils must race to the teacher and grab the handkerchief first, winning a point for their team.

Summary

  1. Pupils are in teams.
  2. Each team has a set of colour cards at the other end of the playing area.
  3. The teacher calls out a colour in French and each child at the front of their team races to collect a card of the correct colour and return with it to their group.
  4. Points can be awarded for the first child who collects the correct card and returns to their team.
