  1. Each team must work cooperatively to find the most effective/efficient way to get from one cone to another in a ladder formation.
  2. In paired turn, children should run over the remaining pool noodles in their team to the top of the ladder, and re-seat themselves to create another ladder step.
  3. This will continue until each team makes it to the other cone.
